1. Independent Consulting Company

CoLiving LaunchPad is a privately owned and independently operated consulting company. We assist clients in navigating the process of acquiring, preparing, and operating mid-term rental properties—including those that may be listed on third-party platforms such as PadSplit.

We do not operate, manage, control, or represent any rental platform, technology service, or vendor that we may mention or recommend. We are a completely separate entity with no formal partnerships, equity ownership, licensing agreements, reseller arrangements, affiliate relationships, or business affiliations with PadSplit or any other third party.

2. PadSplit is a Separate and Unrelated Entity

PadSplit, Inc. is an independent third-party company that operates a rental platform for room-by-room housing, primarily targeted toward working-class tenants seeking affordable and flexible housing options.

While we may reference PadSplit in our content, consultations, or marketing materials, that reference is purely descriptive and informational. CoLiving LaunchPad:

- Is not owned or operated by PadSplit;

- Does not receive compensation, commissions, or referral fees from PadSplit;

- Has no influence over PadSplit’s approval, onboarding, or operating policies;

- Does not speak on behalf of PadSplit or represent their customer service team;

- Cannot and does not guarantee that PadSplit will approve any client or property.

- Any decision to use the PadSplit platform, or any similar third-party co-living service, is entirely at the discretion and risk of the client.

We affirm unequivocally that CoLiving LaunchPad holds zero ownership interest in PadSplit or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. We have no stock, no control rights, no board seats, and no inside knowledge of PadSplit’s decision-making processes.

We do not advise or consult for PadSplit. We are not a vendor, a white-labeled partner, or a franchised representative. If you use their services, you are engaging with them entirely independently and subject to their own terms of use, platform policies, and internal approval criteria.

4. No Trademark or Branding Rights

PadSplit and any other brands mentioned on our website or in our materials are trademarks of their respective owners. CoLiving LaunchPad makes no claim to ownership or rights in any of these marks. 5. Your Platform Use is at Your Own Risk

If you choose to list a property on PadSplit or any other third-party platform (e.g., Airbnb, Furnished Finder, Rent by Room), you do so at your own risk. CoLiving LaunchPad has no control over:

- Whether your listing is approved;

- How much your rooms rent for;

- Whether the platform enforces tenant rules;

- How the payment process works;

- Whether you remain in good standing with the platform.

- Platforms may change their terms at any time. Approval is not guaranteed. CoLiving LaunchPad is not responsible for your onboarding process, property approval status, guest experience, or platform compliance.

We recommend that all clients:

6. Platform Names Used for Educational Purposes Only
